The government of Kenyan has paved the way for the implementation of CAS positions.
The position whose work is to assist the Cabinet Secretary of various ministries is now awared to many political friends of the president. Most of the appointees are politicians who lost the last general election.
Those governments of Kenya will now spend more than 450 million shillings per year.
