Murder suspect Kevin Kang’ethe has been denied a bond by Suffolk Superior Court based in Boston, United States of America. This means he will remain behind bars until the case will be heard.
Kangethe is facing first-degree murder charges for the killing of a Kenyan-born lady Margaret Mbitu in October last year.
The body of the 31-year-old was discovered at Boston’s Logan Airport in November 2023.
Kevin who was the main suspect was later apprehended in Kenya.
Kevin Kangethe was extradited to the united states of America on Sunday.
