A Kigali lady has been sent behind bars for inappropriate dressing. Lilliane Mugabekazi was found guilty of indecent dressing.
The 24 years old lady’s photo wearing revealing cloth during French musician Tayc in Kigali’s concert went viral and got international attention.
The Rwandan government via one of its courts on On Thursday, August 18 prosecuted Liliane for 2 years in prison.
