“When you’re over-27 and unmarried, you’re not only a burden to society but a disgrace to your family.” Yeap that is a simple post from Nyakundi that triggered mixed reaction from Kenyans.
On several occasions,The self proclaimed Boy Child President had an issue with ladies who are 27 years unmarried,no kid(s) and have not yet settled in life. He further pushes the agenda by citing the toxic feminism in Kenya being the main reason.
Just like Pope Francis,Many agreed to the wisdom of chief Nyakundi but a group of elites have filed a petition challenging the wisdom of The Boy Child President. Its upto the President now to reconsider the necessary changes.

Primary school KCPE will take a lady 8 yrs~ meaning she sat her exam at 14yrs old.
(Remember we are assuming they had no financial challenge at home meaning she didn’t
repeat class 8 for lack of secondary fees).
Secondary school KCSE again took her another 4
years ~ meaning she sat her KCSE exam at 18 yrs.
Give her another 1 year at home before she could join college/university ~ that means she
joined campus at 19yrs
Assume she is took a normal course that required 4 years to complete. (Medicine,Law,
Engineering etc all excluded), this lady graduated at 24 years.
Remember this is Kenya where securing a job immediately after graduation is like witnessing
a hen urinating. And Mr President is already against sex favour for jobs which could be a short cut to being employed. I tell you the poor lady must have taken at least another 3 years tarmacking looking for job coz already the
BOYCHILD is against dependent ladies. Meaning she has to be independent for her to be
accepted as not “home breaker” or other names we call them. That means at the time she is getting a job and becoming what Nyakundi wants, she is already 28.
Now tell me, is it their fault to clock 27 having not settled? Remember no woman wants to ask her husband money for pant or bras. That means she must also be dependent somehow
and that means she must be working. It’s my humble request that we REVISE the age factor
when it comes to rejecting women. This hullabaloo about #RESIST OVER 27 by self proclaimed president NYAKUNDI is not fair at
all if you look at it from the intellectual point of view. It’s very biased so to speak. In fact crap! Let other -ve factors like the love for fancy things, money, partying etc be used to judge wife materials and “irresponsible
women” BUT not the 27 yrs age factor. Talk of 35 to 40 years and I will somehow agree. But
27, hell NO!!

If a woman isn’t married AFTER 27 she is lucky.
It means she is well educated, she is independent, she is a BOSS and she is mature enough to take care of her family when she is blessed with one.
That said it would be great if men stood up and asserted their rightful place.
