Milka Moraa from an informal settlement in Mukuru Kwa Njenga area in Nairobi has changed her life overnight courtesy of Kenyans who came through and donated for her more than KSH 200 thousand.
Milka was facing two months rent arrears of KSH 8 thousand shillings that forced her landlord to kick her together with her two kids out of the house.
Police office Sam Ondimu who started the whole online contribution initiative,shared that the humiliated lady will have a job to enable her to meet her daily needs.
“Talked to Our Director ExpressWay Lounge na amekubali pia kumpa Milka Job..God is great,” Sam Ondimu posted.
The mother of two had gone to Neno Evangelist church to seek assistance in settling her rent. However,city preacher Ng’ang’a directed her to seek government assistance.
