For the better part of last week,a list of richest musicians in Africa was out and it was “linked” with Forbes. In the list,Diamond Platnumz was listed number 28 with a net worth of $5.1 million dollars.
Yesterday after signing a big deal with Warner Music,WCB Wasafi boss blasted Forbes with the list. Warning them against listing him in the stupid richest African musician list before googling his net worth. According to google, Diamond Platnumz net worth is $ million dollars.
However, the list that is purported to be from Forbes is fake. Forbes has not listed the richest African musicians in 2021. The viral list is fake and has nothing to do with Forbes. The last time Forbes did such a listing was years back .
