Chelsea Manager Antonio Conte has been named the Manager
of the Year at the London Football Awards tonight.
The 46 year old Italian is currently on plans to relocate in London together with his family.
Chelsea Next game is on Monday against West Ham.So far they are leading in the table with 10 .points ahead
