The Diamond Platnumz owned station was banned on January this year for six months over moral conduct. Whereby singer Gigy Money live performance that was being aired by Wasafi Tv was bashed by relevant authority. Citing poor dressing from the singer.
Wasafi Tv filed a petition over the 6 months ban and the TCRA reduced the ban to two months.
