Kenya won an award with Sauti Sol bagging the best group of the year. In Tanzania,they were lucky to have 3 awards. Diamond winning two, male artist of year East Africa and also video of the year featuring Flavor and Fally Ipupa. Nandy won the best female artist in East Africa award.
